Even with all of the tools to quit present, the person must be convicted to remember why they are quitting and to be strong with the desire. There is no easy way to know how to stop smoking, but it isnt impossible. Remember this, many other people have beaten this addiction and gone on to a happy and healthy life. It can be done! Once the person has achieved their goal to stop smoking they can be proud of the accomplishment and feel great that they are improving their health and the health of those they live with.
